Refund policy
Returns or exchanges are strictly eligible only under the following conditions.
- Damaged product, or Wrong item received.
❗ No other reasons will be considered for return or exchange.
Reporting Timeline (Mandatory)
- Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Communication must be sent only via email to: saiprathikcollections@gmail,com
- Requests received after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Unboxing Video Requirement
- An uncut parcel opening video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.
- Requests without an unboxing video will not be approved.
Replacement / Store Credit
- If the reported issue is found eligible and the product is available in stock, we will ship a fresh replacement.
- If the product is sold out at the time of reporting, a store credit will be issued instead.
- Refunds to original payment methods are not provided.
Reverse Shipping Policy
- Reverse pickup service is not available.
- Customers must ship the product back to the “From Address” mentioned on the parcel.
- To be eligible for shipping cost reimbursement, customers must use the cheapest available shipping service and share the receipt.
- Shipping reimbursement will be processed only after verification.
