Refund policy

 Returns or exchanges are strictly eligible only under the following conditions.

  • Damaged product, or  Wrong item received.

No other reasons will be considered for return or exchange.

 

Reporting Timeline (Mandatory)

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Communication must be sent only via email to: saiprathikcollections@gmail,com
  • Requests received after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Unboxing Video Requirement

  • An uncut parcel opening video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.
  • Requests without an unboxing video will not be approved.

Replacement / Store Credit

  • If the reported issue is found eligible and the product is available in stock, we will ship a fresh replacement.
  • If the product is sold out at the time of reporting, a store credit will be issued instead.
  • Refunds to original payment methods are not provided.

Reverse Shipping Policy

  • Reverse pickup service is not available.
  • Customers must ship the product back to the “From Address” mentioned on the parcel.
  • To be eligible for shipping cost reimbursement, customers must use the cheapest available shipping service and share the receipt.
  • Shipping reimbursement will be processed only after verification.
